Peter Rzasnicki
Peter Rzasnicki brings extensive general management experience with strengths in operations, technology and finance. Mr. Rzasnicki's background includes serving as Vice Chairman of Mellon Financial Corporation, with responsibility for Mellon's global asset and benefits' servicing businesses, including several international joint ventures. In 2000, these businesses generated revenues of approximately $900 million and employed over 6,000 persons worldwide. Prior to 1998, he was responsible for managing Global Trust Services, Mellon's institutional trust and custody business. Mr. Rzasnicki began at Mellon in the Finance department. In 1976 he became Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mellon Financial Services Corporation. In 1982, he was named Corporate Controller and later head of Mellon's Corporate Consulting department. In 1988, Mr. Rzasnicki assumed management responsibility for Mellon's Mortgage Banking business, adding the responsibility for DataLink in 1991 and for AFCO Credit Corporation in 1993. Mr. Rzasnicki holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in industrial management/administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
