Jeff Hogan
Jeffrey J. Hogan, Founder & CEO of HyperQuest, has a proven record of providing business leadership that translates into business growth and customer satisfaction.
Jeff founded HyperQuest in 1999. Since that time, Jeff has been able to turn his vision of developing and building a profitable, operating organization that provides automation of claims processes into a reality. Under Jeff's strategic and operational leadership HyperQuest has continued to grow – strengthening its core offering of services and co-developing with clients to deliver new services that are changing the way claims are processed.
Prior to launching HyperQuest, Jeff served as National Sales Manager for CrossCom National, a $22 million telecommunications business that provided data and telephony sales and support to major retailers across the United States. Before CrossCom, Jeff worked for Lucent Technologies, where he was responsible for the development of an integration plan for its global and enterprise sales units. In this role he became familiar with, and enthusiastic about, evolving technology and its implications within the business world. Jeff began his career at National Starch and Chemical where he served initially as a sales representative and later as a Strategic Account Manager, where he was one of four people responsible for converting the company’s century-old sales program into a high-performing national and global accounts sales system. This activity helped hone Jeff’s insight into the principles and importance of achieving customer satisfaction. He found that it is different for every customer; therefore a static plan will never address a marketplace.
Jeff has a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Kent State University.
